Vinyassa (Levels I, II, & III)
A holistic asana practice emphasizing mindfulness through breath work, energetic engagement, & purposeful motion in a flowing sequence of postures. Ideal for those with at least 6 months yoga experience.
Yoga with Laura – Mixed Levels
Classes focus on principles of alignment, sustained postures, & conscious breathing as well as the use of props to aid each student in finding mental clarity & a profound understanding of the mind/body connection.
Yin Yoga/Restorative Yoga – All Levels
Yin Yoga focuses on addressing the connective tissues, through sustained postures, most of which are practiced in a seated or supine position. We also explore other restorative postures that rejuvenate the mind and body. All levels.
Beginner Classes /Yoga Foundations
Classes introduce the fundamentals of yoga, yogic breathing, & terminology. After several classes participants are ready for any mixed-level class.
Private Yoga Instruction
Private instruction & massage is available at the studio ($70/hour) or in your home ($85/hour) for up to two students.
